Property management roles are numerous, but each of them is important for a property management company. One of them is acting as liaison between a landlord and a tenant. A property manager is also responsible for employees that work at the particular property. It includes leasing agents, maintenance workers and more. A property manager oversees the work that the individuals do, address any complaints issued by the employees and take care of the employees.
